For the second model i created a solid Plaster base in order to overcome the problems with rigidity .  I then laser cut a series of plates to act as guides for casting the walls accurately and easily.   After the walls had been cast there were some marks bubbles and holes that needed to be filled.  I achieved this by using plaster to simply fill in the holes as a plasterer would on a full size house
